Where are you based?

We're happily based in New York, New York - the capital of the world.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you sign-up with us:

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time will vary on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US as well as Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Ireland. It Shipping takes between 15-20 business days for international locations.

How do you manage to have so many products on sale?

We work with a large number of distributors to find you the best deals. 

Which days do you ship?

Our warehouse ships orders from Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our network of manufacturers. We have multiple fulfillment centers so if you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately.  

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Do you provide tracking information?

Of course! You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure thing, you can change your mind and modify or cancel your order until it shipped out. 

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD 0.50 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned by contacting us.
